hotel Sarah stayed in was caught off guard by her arrival. The hotel had nothing special planned for her. Havoc broke out
in the kitchen. The Executive Chef was in a frenzy to prepare something elegant. The Pastry Chef whipped up some macaroons
and chocolate ganache, dipped them in tempered chocolate and named them after the famed Sarah Bernhardt. She was impressed
and flattered to have a dessert named after her and a classic was born! Another day in food history.
